I've been powerlifting since I was 16 years old (33 now) and at one point was halfway decent at a competitive level before all of the injuries started piling up. I've trained at some of the best powerlifting and bodybuilding gyms in my life and have had exposure to a lot of different equipment. My wife and I recently moved to Massachusetts from Arizona and began our home gym journey, where our goal has been to make it one of the best powerlifting home gyms in the world.

I got these made for my monolift by EliteFTS/Williams Strength. Got tired of my bar getting chewed up by the stock hooks, plus since my monolift was custom made a bit shorter to fit in my basement, the original hooks were a bit shorter, so my plates would often hit one of the monolift parts on the right side. These took several iterations of figuring out what design to go with which would still be strong. The main issue is that I squat with my hands wide and the hooks in close, so if the hooks were any larger they would hit my biceps or forearms. Overall very happy with them and glad they took on a smaller project like this for me

Used this while on a vacation in a commercial gym. I felt like this is one of Atlantis's better pieces and pretty similar to Hammer Strength's Iso Front Row which I've used a lot. It was plenty adjustable and my 5'1' wife who typically hates machines actually fit in it well and liked it. Probably not super practical for a home gym because of size and price but its work trying if you see it in a gym

This machine is a true incline fly, whereas other popular ones are still on an incline bench, but the strength curve is angled as well so it just becomes a regular "flat" fly, but just on an incline bench. I was on a deload while using this so didn't pile a ton of weight on it. It wasn't my favorite machine ever, but wasn't the worst one either. The handles are probably a bit longer than they need to be which makes it awkward letting them go if anyone is near you, since they fall to the sides.

If you're a powerlifter I'd just skip this bench all together if you can. The tilting design is a bit of a novelty where it assists you unracking it, but the bench itself is much lower to the ground than a standard competition bench, and the pad is extremely "spongey". I was warming up with the bar and could feel myself sinking into the bench with each rep. I packed up my stuff and moved onto a different bench setup

The gym I was at on vacation recently only exclusively had Atlantis, so I got to sample a bunch of their equipment. I did like this machine, but im definitely more biased towards the hammer strength iso row. The strength curve was great, I just wished the had more variation with the handles like the Hammer Strength version. I personally prefer the vertical grip to be out much further instead of more midline, but overall it was a good machine, just too expensive new for a home gym
