This machine is a true incline fly, whereas other popular ones are still on an incline bench, but the strength curve is angled as well so it just becomes a regular "flat" fly, but just on an incline bench. I was on a deload while using this so didn't pile a ton of weight on it. It wasn't my favorite machine ever, but wasn't the worst one either. The handles are probably a bit longer than they need to be which makes it awkward letting them go if anyone is near you, since they fall to the sides.
