Weight capacity is way to low, I would fear using this with heavy squats. Don't forget you have to count your own bodyweight as well

It is titan so not rogue level for a box squat. However for the money hard to beat. It holds plenty of weight. It is easily adjustable to good heights for box squats. Was easy to assemble except beating in that rubber mat for the seat into that top frame.

Ohhhhh Titan. What can I say? This box is an absolute tank. The first one that arrived was almost impossible to adjust. No matter how much 3 in 1 oil I put, the tubing just would not go down without using a rubber hammer. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement at no charge. The second one is easier to adjust, but it's still extremely heavy and awkward to move. That being said, it will absolutely support you during box squats or whatever else you are looking to use this for. Because I have two, I've been able to use them for elevated belt squats. There's a lot you can do, but maneuvering them around your home gym is a pain and really takes away from their practical utility.
