I've been building my garage gyms since 2017, this current build i started from scratch September of 2025, came a long way and mostly go for deals on Facebook marketplace, really don't know what i like more Working out or building the gym.

picked up Rip rap from Facebook marketplace loaded and unloaded myself as well as installed. I moved at least 30 350lb'ers.

These are the crossmembers you need to put monkey bars on your rogue rig.
