3D Hip Abductor Machine HT00
Forget stiff, linear machines. Our 3D Hip Abductor follows a natural 3D arc path, moving your thigh back + outward simultaneously — the most effective motion for full-glute activation. The result? 1. Deeper stretch 2. Stronger contraction 3. Targeting upper, lower & side glutes in one movement 4. No hip or lower-back strain

I’m a huge fan of this machine at its price point. I got extra lucky and the one I got on Temu for $230 ended up being the GMWD one
I do wish the weight capacity was a bit higher; however, the majority of people are not going to come close to maxing it out for their working sets
ROM is good (I got a 3D printed spacer for even more ROM) and it will blast your abduction muscles

Good unit for the price I think it was like $600. It takes up a horse stall and a half so it’s a decent sized piece. I do sets leaning forward and back. Good glute burner.

Don’t want to spend 4k on the Dynavec Gluteator? This GMWD for the bill for a fraction of the price. Not the heaviest gauge of steel but for a one trick pony, it probably doesn’t have to have it. The instructions were boo boo, and getting the legs centered and close together on the install was a lot of fitting that was not explained in the instructions. But turning the struts on either of the connections will fine tune the position of the legs. I also cut a 2x6 to give me a better starting position for more ROM. Got the longer hardware at Home Depot and now we’re back to being a fricking proper country.
