Cheap and just works. I've used for all sorts of stuff over the years but mostly viking press and landmine use. Great bar from Titan.

Look, it’s a cheap axle bar. I bought it to do Zerchers off of safeties and drop it, throw it in the landmine, and generally beat up. It’s cheap and does these things well. If you want a “good” axle, you probably need to look elsewhere.

Not much to say! Really just a piece of pipe with collars welded on to it. It certainly does the job. If I could make a complaint it would be with the finish, seems to chip pretty easy and is pretty slick as well. I understand that they saved money by not knurling it but a different type of paint wouldn’t done wonders for this bar in my opinion.

Titan sent this axle bar to me for free so I cannot complain about it, but I do wish it had grip markings

Bought secondhand and it’s missing the end caps. The guy before me however did mark the center with tape. Having an axle at 45lbs does keep plate math simple, and the powder coat has help up. It’s grippy without being bumpy or full of burrs.
Unless you’re an elite strongman or just want to spend the money, you have no need for a fancy axle. That’s what I told myself. This one does everything I need it to do

Most of these cheaper axles are all made the same, literally a pipe with pieces welded on to make a collar. Don't hold up long term to heavy loads 700+ on deads or 300+ on Ohp with a few aggressive drops can bend them

Simple, just as cheap as I could build one on my own, so I just bought one instead.
Love it so far

It’s a solid axle at a solid price. I have attached a comparison photo with my rep fitness axle (left). The powder coat is smoother than the rep, but it does have thicker collar heads (don’t really think it makes a difference). The one pro of the Titan is that it has holes in the end, so you could attach carabiners to do chain yoke with it.

Great bar for bench press,OHP or a beater bar. This is a great bar! great value.
