Excellent attachment, especially paired with the pulley cable adapter. Handles both leg extensions and leg curls well. Attaching is quick, adjustment is straightforward, and it removes and stores easily — which matters a lot if you're working in a fixed footprint. Material quality is what you should expect from a home gym product: not commercial grade, but solidly mid-to-upper tier for the category. As a single-user setup I don't anticipate longevity issues.

Newbie to felt loads and sitting on my ass to get fit aka this is my first and only leg extension/leg curl equipment. As a pretty pure squatter/deadlifter and no time for accessories lifter for 20 years, having this attachment has been awesome. I’ve added both extensions and curls on off days and have seen tremendous gains with this. It’s not perfect. The cable attachment (that came months late and probably would have been forgotten if I didn’t harass them every few weeks to send it) is very long to achieve the appropriate travel and it creates problems with limited space. The pads feel great and the handles comfortable at 5’8”. Extensions leaning back I can lock in on my quads and feel really comfortable cable or plates. Same for leg curls. I’ll add a pad under my hips and feel I get great tension, again with plates or cable.

Amazing for the rec fem but feels a little awkward on the hamstring curls more reminiscent of what you'd feel with standing hamstring curls. I think it gets the job done though. You can also train your hips via external/internal rotation by standing next to the apparatus and placing the inside or outside of your knee against the pad that you'd normally be resting your knee/quad on when doing hamstring curls, with your foot behind the roller. I should warn you though that it is obviously not designed for this purpose and that these two exercises greatly increase the risk of, for example, pinching your feet against the hold at the bottom and the developer itself or jerking the bench as you are not weighing it down by sitting on it, so extreme caution should be advised if you absolutely must train your hips this way.
