Very well built bar but the weird weight, partial knurl and extreme camber makes this bar pretty useless unless your seal row setup is on Rogue’s bench. Bench press is not comfortable due to the lack of knurl (where it is knurled is passive) and the depth. Seal row or bust with this bar.

Weight is great to move around. Bends feel great for curls and tricep extensions. Rackable opens up a lot to be able to use it on a BYOB smith or just better means to load. I have the ecoat rack attachment and the cerakote rackable. The cerakote is a better finish but the ecoat does have a better knurling feel IMO

I enjoy using this barbell for pressing. The light weight makes it not a burden to move around. The balance on jcup rollers is stable enough but when unloading can roll unexpectedly. The build quality is pretty mid and the ‘knurl’ isn’t nothing but somewhere close to it. I got this on a discount because of the cheesy slogan on it had a typo of ‘in strength we trus’

Extremely well build and premium feeling. I struggle finding movements that feel good that having a shorter handle would feel better. I splurged getting a pair that at the price these are and the value to number of movements that feel good isn’t there….yet I’m still glad I have them

Awesome extremely expensive weights. I bought four on sale for a very expensive price to reduce the effort with the Adaptabells while keeping a minimum plate outer diameter. If you need to optimize for max weight, smallest thickness, and smallest OD, I think these are the only option.
