Omni Bar

I enjoy using this barbell for pressing. The light weight makes it not a burden to move around. The balance on jcup rollers is stable enough but when unloading can roll unexpectedly. The build quality is pretty mid and the ‘knurl’ isn’t nothing but somewhere close to it. I got this on a discount because of the cheesy slogan on it had a typo of ‘in strength we trus’

The Omni bar is BOS' updated cambered multi-grip bar. It weighs 20 lbs, making it easy to move around the gym. The handles have slight angles and by rotating the bar, you can angle your hands slightly inward or outward when pressing. The curvature on the bar is sufficient for a deep stretch when benching. While 20 lbs could make the bar prone to tipping over while loading, I have not had the issue arise (although taking off a plate per side while unloading helps). The metal the handles have somewhat thin, sharp angles that can be somewhat uncomfortable when pressing. These are not deal breakers, but I suspect would not be present with a thicker American bar. I bought the Omni on sale, but it is still a good value at full price. I use it weekly and really like it. Mine came with a typo on it, which gives it extra charm.
