It does a good job of keeping my elbows forward during curls. It hurts a bit depending where you place it and is awkward either way. I can't imagine it's any different from any other arm blaster. It's fun, but mostly a novelty.

The Monster Grip Triangle is a lot of fun. It is as advertised and the monster handles really engage the forearm throughout all movements. It is larger in size than a standard triangle grip and may be harder for smaller users. It is also much heavier than most cable attachments.

Most Rogue equipment is over built and, as a product of that, over priced. The equipment is also almost always excellent and made for the long haul. I cannot say there is anything remarkable about the attachment. The weight is nice, it is comfortable to use, the knurling is effective but not too aggressive, and I use the attachment often. It is a beast and can handle heavy training and abuse. You won't go wrong buying it, but there may be a cheaper option of comparable quality.

The Gym Reaper hip thrust pad is great for padding the barbell for hip thrusts. It comes with velcro straps to place on each side of the pad, so as to better secure it to the barbell. I am not sure they are needed, but it is a nice touch. The pad does not move during use and at no time does the bar escape from the pad. This hip thrust pad is seemingly identical to every other one on the market, but for different branding. I imagine these pads are all interchangeable with one another and that there is little, if any, variation between brands. To that end, there is no benefit to buying Gym Reaper or any other specific brand, but rather whichever one is selling the product for the lowest price.

Ab Mat Wise Crack is exactly what it looks like, namely a standard Ab Mat with shorter, padded rectangles extending from the front of the pad to support your butt, but leaving room for your tailbone. The padding is great throughout, softer on the mat where you might apply more weight, and firmer on the butt support, so as to be stable. I primarily use it as a seat for cable rows off the bottom pulley. It permits me to comfortably sit on the floor and gives me a little support. It is also fantastic for sit ups, etc. However, it has been the best seat I've used for a low pulley row and gets a lot of use in the gym.
