The Wise Crack AbMat is exclusive to Rogue Fitness, and marks yet another game-changing innovation in fundamental core training from the makers of the original AbMat and AbMat Pro. The origin of this product comes direct from the CrossFit community itself, as athlete/trainer Bonnie Clark first reached out to us with her own variation on the AbMat design. From there, we took Bonnie's ideas directly to the team at AbMat, tweaked the blueprint, and created the Wise Crack. The design is now patented, and the reviews are almost unanimously positive. This is a product you can comfortably use in the gym, garage, office… anywhere you have a flat surface and some time to spare.

Ab Mat Wise Crack is exactly what it looks like, namely a standard Ab Mat with shorter, padded rectangles extending from the front of the pad to support your butt, but leaving room for your tailbone. The padding is great throughout, softer on the mat where you might apply more weight, and firmer on the butt support, so as to be stable. I primarily use it as a seat for cable rows off the bottom pulley. It permits me to comfortably sit on the floor and gives me a little support. It is also fantastic for sit ups, etc. However, it has been the best seat I've used for a low pulley row and gets a lot of use in the gym.

Abmat’s durability and design shine here. I’ve had this in use for 6 years now and it looks brand new - and so does my sacrum a butt crack! I think this is the way to go vs. other smaller Abmat.
