Monster Grip Triangle
The Rogue Monster Grip Triangle is our version of the old school row handle. We beefed it up a bit (a lot actually!) with laser cut steel plate. Hook it to a cable machine or use a carabiner to attach it to a pull-up bar or barbell. Rogue's Grip Triangles can be used with the Rogue Monster Lat Pull Down / Low Row machine and other comparable cable systems.

I really enjoy using this row attachment. Feels great in the hand, well built, and solid. Having said that, I think I'd opt for one of Rogues newer attachments with the H5 handles but I did really like using this.

This is a solid attachment. Good build quality. I don’t use it as there are better options, but this is a good piece overall.

The Monster Grip Triangle is a lot of fun. It is as advertised and the monster handles really engage the forearm throughout all movements. It is larger in size than a standard triangle grip and may be harder for smaller users. It is also much heavier than most cable attachments.

Much more comfortable and beefy than most other triangle bar grips. But more expensive since it's Rogue

Solid attachment for pulls and back work. Came free with rack.

This is a big beefy boy, perfect for low rows. This came with my add-on, but i think i would have gotten it regardless. I like the knurling on it, enough to give a good grip but comfortable for high rep sets. And in typical Rogue fashion it seems like you could run it over with your car without damaging it. Nothing fancy or groundbreaking, just gets the job done.

Love this handle for low rows. I like the knurling and the diameter of the handle. Well built of course.

I do like that these have fat grips. More comfortable and nice grip work on your pull. The material is robust, but it is very utilitarian in design. I have seen them without knurling on the handles and those were not great. Looks like they always have a passive knurling now. It is something, but not great.

I don't love this attachment but this is well made, has really passive knurling on it. Came with my rack but I heard they stopped doing that.
