Caveat on this review- this is my only experience with a squat bar and I'm not remotely strong enough to really test the full capabilities. But for me, I'm very happy with this bar and having a squat bar in general. The additional thickness and the full knurling makes the bar feel very locked in on my back, and the additional length puts the plates way out wide so I won't hit the rack no matter how sloppy I get with my walkout. I really like having various kinds of barbells even when not strictly necessary, so I was happy to add this one to my collection. Seems like the typical high quality from Rogue too. Price-wise I believe this one is about middle of the pack, so decent value but cheaper options also exist- although not in stainless steel.

I had my eye on this one for a while and when there was only one left decided I couldn't be on the wrong side of history. Makes me thirsty...for strength. That makes sense, yeah

These are great- putting these down was the biggest visual way that my basement transformed into an actual gym. They only have a very mild rubber smell and are very easy (comparatively) to install. You will definitely want lots of blades for your box cutter, but they are not too tough to cut compared to stall mats. And once you get the pieces interlocked, the seams are almost invisible.

When I got the Reppins, I went back and forth on how I wanted to store them. The various rolling carts seem good, but in my particular space and setup they were going to get in the way and not always be able to go where I would want them. Similar problems for the rack mounted options- they would work but would have blocked some of the other storage that I was planning. Then I saw these rolly carts in a Home Gym Con video and realized they would be perfect. They are basically like roller skates for dumbbells- they glide along on my rubber flooring super easily. I can easily scoot a 125 pound dumbbell out of the way with my toes. And I can roll them into my FT rack next to the weight stacks and they are completely out of the way. I have no need to have my dumbbells elevated since I put them on the ground in between sets anyways, so not having a stand has not mattered to me. Plus the wheels are pretty tall so they aren't sitting all the way on the ground. They were super easy to bolt to the cradles and so far I have not had the plates stick a single time. AND they were way cheaper than any other option. Well, other than just leaving the Reppins on the floor which I did also consider. But I'm glad I happened to see these and I would highly recommend.

It took me a long time to join the adjustable dumbbell gang- I like using fixed and I easily fit up to 75s in my gym in my old setup. Past that though it was getting a little tight and since there aren't a ton of exercises where I need the heavy boys, it made sense to go adjustable (while keeping my 5-50s). I wanted a pair that would be as heavy as I would ever need and I wanted the most compact option so I landed on the Reppins. So far I love them- handles feel great, I like that they are not round (my floors are not perfectly level), and honestly they look cool. The cage has not bothered me so far during exercises, although it would probably depend on what you're doing and if you use straps a lot. And I have not experienced any plate sticking in the carts that I'm using. Big thumbs up from me, I shouldn't have resisted for so long. Price wise I will be the millionth person to say yes they are expensive, but compared to a full set of fixed they are a bargain. Going up to 125 and with how durable they have proven to be means I am done thinking about dumbbells forever. Also, the adjustment literally takes 5 seconds. I guess some other adjustables might be a second or two faster but it probably makes sense to decide based on other factors.
