Rackable Curl Bar

Rackable Curl Bar

The Rogue Rackable Curl Bar features the same cambered design, knurl pattern, and E-coat finish as our original Rogue Curl Bar, but with 20 inches of additional space between the sleeves (51.8125” vs 31.5”)—making it rackable in most standard power racks. With a racked curl bar, plate loading becomes much easier, and athletes can begin their curl movements directly from the starting height rather than having to pick the bar up off the ground. Close-grip bench movements can also prove more comfortable with this type of specialty camber bar, and "skull crushers" (lying triceps extensions) are made safer and more achievable, as users can now have the Curl Bar set up in the J-cups or on Spotter Arms.

Weight is great to move around. Bends feel great for curls and tricep extensions. Rackable opens up a lot to be able to use it on a BYOB smith or just better means to load. I have the ecoat rack attachment and the cerakote rackable. The cerakote is a better finish but the ecoat does have a better knurling feel IMO

I love the bends on this bar and being rackable just makes it a breeze to load. Slight trade off as it's also a little more cumbersome to use and move around compared to std length curl bars. Avoid the e-coat at all costs unless you've tried an e-coat bar and know you like it. I've owned both the e-coat and cerakote and it's night and day between them, and the cerakote isn't really ideal either. E-coat can be stripped with industrial paint stripper if you're feeling brave...

Not the cheap ez curl bar, the top of the line Rogue rackable curl bar. I've had titans rackable curl bars, the skinny and fat bar this 1 is the best.

Incredibly useful for bicep and tricep work in your rack. The rackable feature makes this a very useful bar. Looks great too!

I was so happy to finally get a rackable curl bar and give my old curl bar to a bro in need. I love the ease of loading, and I use it for more than just curls. I really like using this bar for rows and, of course, standing skull crushers.

This bar is an incredible purchase overall. I really love the contour of the two widest grips, and the racking function is great. The one issue I have is that if your frame is wide at all like mine that the angle of the narrow most curve is not deep enough for use for curls because it forces you to be too externally rotated with the forearm. If you want to use this for heavy curls, you will not have a narrow option like on a Gophur or Bells of steel 100% raw bar. Ive contemplated selling mine for this one reason, but I have too much sentimental attachment to the bar getting it for free from rogue for my home gym tour video.

Love the curves on this bar. Glad I went to a sackable version. I do not have any balance issues even with full size plates. I use this bar at least 2-3 times weekly. Is a bit pricey but the quality is perfect.

This bar is great for what it is: a curl bar. I’m also a fan of the 35lb start weight for easy math, and the angles on this bar feel great on the forearms and elbows. Regardless of brand I highly recommend going with a rackable option to make loading and unloading plates easier.

Exquisitely made bar from Rogue. Fits in my R-3 with room to spare and it works a lot better than my miniscule biceps would suggest. I use it fairly frequently, and the finish has held up very well over the past few years.
