Wildman collaborated with us to make the massive 1.4″ diameter handle, 40″ long at the ’empty’ weight setting, and includes 4 X 5lb Weights, 1 X 2.5lb Weight, and the 1.25lb Fractional Weight which allows you to micro-load your training to get the most out of it. With 22 Weight settings, and the quality Adex is famous for, it will be one of your favorite training tools. All weights are interchangeable with the ADEX ecosystem club, mace and arc.
