Super easy and fast to adjust which was my main worry. Sturdy and comfortable. The only thing is the bench is a little short if you are taller. Other than that its absolutely perfect. I am 6ft and its fine for my height but I have to ensure I'm sitting on the end of the bench before laying down.. . Nice fat pad, super hard wont compress after years and hold up to 800lbs no wobble to it but such a great addition...
