I added these dip bars to my squat rack to expand the exercises and use the sleeves for my safety spotter arms as those are 5/8in diameter. I can do them as my rack is not like everyone else's sadly in my home gym and they’ve been a great addition so far. Installation was simple and they slid into place securely on the rack without much effort, which made it easy to start using them right away. I tested them during a few upper body workouts doing dips and some leg raises and they felt solid with no noticeable wobble while putting weight on them. The grip area feels comfortable in the hands and the construction seems sturdy enough to handle regular workouts. Overall they’ve been a really useful upgrade for my rack and make it easy to add more body-weight exercises into my training routine.

Ever since I started working out at home and building my personal home gym, I had put together a Power Squat Rack Cage few years ago to also do as many pulley exercises as possible. I had googled ways to do this and finally ended up just attaching a pulley wheel to the top of rack cage using a nylon strap with an attached pulley and cable. However, I soon grew so frustrated that the strap setup would cause the plates piled onto a weight loading pin to swing too much than I would have liked. So, finally, after the last year of trying different hacks I found on Youtube to reduce swining, I finally found this fixed pulley wheel that I could attach to the top of my rack, and it substantially reduced the swinging of my weights. It would swing so much before that it would either hit the back of the rack or hit me.....both of which were not ideal. But now, I can do a good workout with almost no swinging of the weights at all. I am really so happy I found this, and can finally workout properly. It is solidly made, smooth turning, and firmly stays put where I need it to be....perfect for what I need it for.

For the price, it's hard to beat these Yes4All grips. They are sturdy and handle the load well in my home gym. What I noted: Price: Very affordable, it's a fraction of the price of high-end brands. Solidity: The metal and the welds seem to be very resistant for regular use. The downside: The rotation of the handle is not as smooth as I would have hoped. It 'hooks' a little bit during certain pulling movements, which can affect comfort over long runs. Conclusion: If you are looking for functional equipment without breaking the bank, this is a great choice. If you are an athlete who is very picky about the perfect flow of movement, you may need to invest more. And for a lot of people whom mention it squeaks well 3&1 oil will work this kink out it is always good to keep 3&1 oil around for your gym...
