About the Gym
My home gym is under 100 sq ft, but it’s packed with everything I need to get after it. It’s built around an Orion squat rack from Northern Fitness here in Canada, loaded with an Olympic barbell and plates that get used almost every day. I’ve got a mix of gear from REP Fitness too sandbags up to 200 lbs, plus different sizes that humble you real quick depending on the day. Add in a Swiss bar, kettlebells, fixed dumbbells, gymnastics rings, and an adjustable bench, and there’s no shortage of ways to get a full workout in a small space. Then there’s the Atlas stones from 50 up to 300 lbs which are as brutal as they sound. They don’t care how strong you think you are. It’s tight, it’s sometimes a shuffle to switch exercises, and yeah, you’ve gotta move things around but that’s part of it. No wasted space, no wasted time. Everything in here has a purpose. At the end of the day, it’s not about having a massive gym it’s about showing up in the space you’ve got and putting in the work.
