This attachment is lightweight, decent quality, and very affordable. Solid steel, heavily knurled attachments are nice, but they are expensive and I strap up for most pulling movements anyway. Not to mention a lightweight attachment is much more convenient when used with a plate loaded system like the Dialed Motion IBEX.
Bearings in the swivel attachment point would be my foremost recommendation for improvement. Bottom line, this lat bar gets the job done.

Nice light weight lat pull-down bar. It’s aluminum so it’s light as a feather and has decent knurl for the price.
