Amazon Bench Block

Just get the real thing and support the real creator of this for like $10-15 more, which can also be found on Amazon

I've had to glue this thing multiple times cuz it keeps coming apart. When it works it works and I guess it's okay for the price. But this is what you get when you go and buy the cheap stuff.

This is a knock off of bench bloxz. Support the brands who inverted the equipment not cheaters

I hate buying knockoffs but this is just foam with indents for bars. Works well.

Serves it purpose and doesn’t require a partner. Very simple to use, not sure how you would break it, doesn’t take up much space when not in use.

Must have for trying to enhance your bench skills.

Got this on a whim and ended up using it in my program! I use it on close grip bench to get some work on the triceps!

The bench block is easy to use and allows you to overload a shorter ROM. I find this to be way more helpful than the slingshot and way easier to use than traditional blocks. This isn't a device that I use often but when I go through a bench-focused program, it is worth more than its weight in gold.

I'm giving this thing perfect marks, because it costs basically nothing, and it does the job I was hoping it would do. It may not stand up to as much use as traditional boards, but it'll only see really light use and I won't have to drag my wife in to help me.
