Love this bar. It being thinner definitely opens up other movements, and makes it a bit easier to use. The handle placements work great for me (I'm short and fat). I tend to super-set assistance (rush through them) so having this makes running through a circuit of things including skull crushers or similar movements simple.

Should have ended up ordering this one for the home gym vs the original version, but didn't want to stray from what I've used the most. Ive gotten to try this bar and it's definitely much easier on the wrists because there's less extra weight from the bar around the edges. The bar doesn't want to wobble front to back as much

Just purchased this piece for my gym. On delivery, bar looks and feels great! I will update my review after a few weeks of using it.

It's a decent specialty bar that's a little easier on the shoulders. The welds are a little ugly but that doesn't really bother me much.
