These are great for a cheap D handle. I upgraded to the rogue ones and rarely use them now, but they were my only option for 2 years and I never minded them!

Good attachment for the Shorty bar, I've only used them for lat pull downs and landmines. Need to explore other possible uses for them.

Don't bother with the knockoffs — the originals are genuinely superior in feel, durability, and overall performance, and the price gap doesn't justify the compromise. If you're on the fence, buy the real thing; you'll notice the difference immediately and won't regret it.

Bought these because the entire internet talks about them like they were hand-delivered by the back day gods themselves. Every review is basically: “These changed my life, fixed my posture, cured my taxes, and added 40 lbs to my lat pulldown.” So naturally I bought a pair. Got them in. Tried them on pulldowns. Rows. Different grip angles. Neutral grip. Wide grip. Weird grip angles that made me feel like I was attempting ancient martial arts forms. And honestly? I just… don’t get it. Maybe I’m using them wrong. Maybe my lats aren’t spiritually evolved enough yet. Maybe there’s a secret initiation process I missed. But for me, these things currently function best as extremely expensive modern art hanging on my wall control. 5/5 wall control decoration 1/5 actual attachment

These are pretty cool but you have to determine if you have a use for them. They can make for an interesting way to do a pull down or t-bar row etc using these instead of just the bars but I am not sure they are really essential but they do at least give you some variety. Price has come down on these and got free shipping from rogue so not a bad deal.

Low cost investment to add a little variety. Value and performance are great. The build quality is ok, not sure how well these will standup on heavier weights.

Sort of hard to rate performance on a cheaper accessory piece. The best use case for these are an easy birthday/Christmas present for friends and family to get you when they don’t want to spend a wild amount of money, and you don’t want to feel guilty for asking. They are small and unobtrusive enough to live on your rack or wall control if you will happen upon them every other blue moon. The plastic doesn’t feel cheap, you don’t have any sharp edges from the molding, and the texture provides just enough grip. I put them in the category of cheap ab wheels and wrist rollers where there’s definitely some better options out there, but you’re not missing much.

These are nice little grips for various things. Mine stay in the same spot though for pull-ups and I’ve been very happy with them.
