Arm assassin V Roller

This is a great attachment for rows and pulldowns, especially if you like a neutral grip. The rotating handles make the movement feel smooth and more natural on the wrists compared to fixed attachments. I notice a better squeeze in my back since I’m not fighting the grip position. It’s become one of my go-to attachments for cable pulling work.

Overall, this is a really cool attachment. I really like using it for cable bicep curls and tricep push downs. It really works the forearms while performing the movements. I do knock it a bit for the paint coating. It’s held up great, just still smells like spray paint almost a year into owning it. I would still recommend to anyone, high build quality otherwise. As far as performance goes, for me it does two things. But it does them well.
