Well built but like most arsenal it doesn’t seem to fit me or my body mechanics well. Might be because I’m 5’5” or maybe Arsenal just makes poorly designed equipment. Most of their plate loaded machines are uncomfortable and not adjustable enough for me. This one is too.

This is one of my favorite arsenal machines. IMO to many companies overthink shoulder machines. This one allows you to go heavy and feel very secure against the pad. I like different handle options and the handles are knurled as well. I like how you can adjust the start ROM as well and be able to use unilateral abilities. Foot assist would be amazing on this.

I used this machine a ton at my old gym. It was a great way to isolate the shoulders and helped increase my overhead a bit. The seat pad sits a tad farther back than I'd like so your hands are more in front of you than behind which makes the start of the press a little uncomfortable
