Good for bodybuilding, not good for strongman, in strongman we face away from the machine and that's almost impossible with the foot position on this machine. Also in strongman the Viking press is almost always bilateral and this is unilateral.

This machine is nice that each side moves independently. The handles are very adjustable, I just wished they were adjustable to go wider

I have nothing like this to compare it to. With that said I like the various height and handle adjustments so you can find a good comfortable position. Solid unit.
