Great triceps V-Bar, the rotation is comfortable on the wrists, good quality, a pleasure to use.

I always personally preferred a V bar that could rotate to help keep my wrists inline with my forearms through the movement. Only time I would not do that is on lean forward press down (Jay Cutler style) and I can still do that with this.

Good triceps V-Bar, the auto rotation is nice on the wrists. But it's not a game changer or anything.
It's pretty cheap for what it delivers and the quality is top notch.
