They're alright. Same generic design that you can get from pretty much any manufacturer, amazon etc etc. That being said, they have held up exceptionally well over the eight or nine years I've had mine, they still work just fine - surprising, considering the plastic looks and feels a bit flimsy. As a cheap beater collar, they do the job well enough - there are others that grip the bar a bit more tightly, but for most applications, I've not run into issues.

Same collar design that everyone seems to have just with their logo on it. They're only as good as the plastic locking tab, once that breaks the whole collar is useless, but they're inexpensive
