i've had this thing for over a year and I've been pretty pleased with it. I don't use it every single time I do pull downs or rose but I do break it out on occasion and I love how adjustable it is. An endless variety of potential hand positions and width of grips between quite narrow and the mid range. Even in a flat position I wouldn't say it gets to a wide grip position.

I was able to try this at the Rogue store, but to me, it’s just not worth the price tag, and I'll use my yearly budget for my gym on something else. It's really cool and all, but I'm super happy with my Mark Bell line-up of attachments.

Love the feel both quality of material and the movement of rows and pull downs with this attachment. This thing is made of metal and is probably indestructible. Worth the buy if you can find used on a second hand market.
