Used this a lot on one of the bench set ups I had that included a leg extension/leg curl to be able to load it up with Olympic plates

The version that I got from Amazon was the 14” long Body Solid Olympic Sleeve Adapter and I use it to replace the stock Ironmaster 10” one on the IM leg ext/curl attachment. I place a 4” spacer on it and this allows me to load weight a little more forward to increase the weight resistance at the start. Would love if it was metal rather than resin. But it’s proven to be sturdy enough.
