Same collar design that everyone seems to have just with their logo on it. They're only as good as the plastic locking tab, once that breaks the whole collar is useless, but they're inexpensive

This is a copy of tons of other collars that look identical to this one. Lockup is really tight.
No magnets or anything like that, just regular collars. Not bad for $20, but I wouldn't seek them out unless you already happen to be making a purchase from living.fit
