I bought this handle on sale to use with my Mammoth belt squat with dual weight horns, and it works fine. It's too short to reach when mounted to the upright, but it can be attached directly to the lever and used like a handle bar. That said, it is not a snug fit (which is to be expected, since the attachment is designed for a 3" x 3", and the lever on the Mammoth is 3" x 2", but you can definitely shim it for added stabilty ), so best that in mind if you pan to use it for this purpose. The major issue is that and the build quality is mediocre at best. The shaft and handle are held together by a screw rather than welding, and it comes loose after repeated use. Additionally, the steel is not very heavy duty, and the handle has no knurling. Overall, I think it's a viable option if you're interested in a less expensive alternative to the Porter Phys Ed Hellbox--though, you should probably just go with the Hellbox if you haven't already invested in the dual weight horns upgrade.

I got this with my belt squat, and weirdly I ended up using it way more than the actual belt squat. It's a handle you can attach to a rack, and it has a couple of eye hooks on it so you can attach things to it.
I find that if I'm doing anything where I might want to stabilize myself, I'll just pop this handle on my rack as a convenient way of doing that.
Build quality is low, and I wouldn't load it with any weight, but as something to grab and stabilize yourself it's weirdly effective.
