The good: you can do a reasonable leg press on this and the footprint is tiny. That's all the reason I needed to pick this up when it appeared on FBM
The bad: 1. headrest not adjustable. I'm 5' 9" and it works great, but tall or short people might want to try before they buy, 2. 1" weight plate pins in 2026. Expect to buy a couple of 2" to Olympic adapters ($25ish each) if your gym has Olympic plates. 3. Not the smoothest motion, I have lubed it up a few times with 3 in 1 oil, which helps, but it still has friction to it
For $100 on FBM this is a steal, but I don't know if I would pay full price.
