Like this for single arm tricep stuff. Preferred to the two arm rope pulled through because I'm working with limited space and the ancore cable unit, which needs to be pulled out a couple of feet before the resistance kicks in Inexpensive and will last.

I bought one of these to use as a little drop pad for my grip training implements. Works great for that. It has also become a default for any kneeling exercise because I am a fragile princess, and I also use it as a back pad on a couple of things where I need to move a seat forward. 10/10 chunk of foam, would buy again.

Classic BoS. Can't beat the price, it gets the job done, and it feels like a 7 or of 10 for quality It has become my go to for lat pulldowns and cable pullovers.

The good: you can do a reasonable leg press on this and the footprint is tiny. That's all the reason I needed to pick this up when it appeared on FBM The bad: 1. headrest not adjustable. I'm 5' 9" and it works great, but tall or short people might want to try before they buy, 2. 1" weight plate pins in 2026. Expect to buy a couple of 2" to Olympic adapters ($25ish each) if your gym has Olympic plates. 3. Not the smoothest motion, I have lubed it up a few times with 3 in 1 oil, which helps, but it still has friction to it For $100 on FBM this is a steal, but I don't know if I would pay full price.

Inexpensive minibands in a pack of 5. I do find that for most movements I have to double them up since the light bands are very light. Other than that though, these were reasonably priced and get the occasional use during warmups so I'm glad I have them.

It's an inexpensive weight tree and it gets the job done. I have never felt any instability from it, and I use it for odd -sized specialty bar storage. Overall there's probably just nothing to change. Good weight stand at a fair price

I love this. Accommodating resistance without needing to find the space or money for chains. I have just started working in a more dedicated way on my bench and this lets me spend more time under the bar at heavier weights.

It works. I can say that much. Nothing special about it. It's sturdy enough to hold the dumbbells. As another reviewer noted, I would prefer it to be a couple inches lower since I tend to have to hike the weights a little higher than I want to clear the ones left in the stand. It's fine, it gets the job done. I'm hurting for space though and keep eyeing the synergy delta so I could use the upright for storage and a battle rope without costing myself any space
