Bench Attachments

I own both the leg developer and preacher curl bench. Preacher curl I love and use it as a stand alone machine. Totally worth if you have a bench with no attachment system. The leg develop is one of the old school ones so not really that great, the newer ones by other companies are significantly better.

Unfortunately, if you add the adapter to your buzzsaw bench, it makes the bench even heavier and nearly immovable. You have to remove the handle to install it too. Before I got a separate leg extension and curl machine, I used the leg attachment and it did the job well, though the round pad under the knee is a bit uncomfortable (the new standard…rep and others…seems to be a flat pad). I now use the adapter and preacher pad as a separate unit mounted on a piece of plywood. I doubt I’ll ever attach this setup to the bench again. If you are looking to add a bunch of attachments to your bench, I’d look at different ecosystems that are less bulky.
