Decent unit overall. Gets the job done. It is not perfect though. I do not use the subscription for the JRNY interactive screen options available. I just use it in sort of a free mode, without picking a program or scene selection. This screen or its internal computer seems to randomly struggle to shut down. I make the selection to turn the unit off and it will randomly go through a restart proceed over and over. It is almost as if it is intended to only go into a sleep mode or something...a little annoying.

This elliptical has a smaller footprint than most. The stride is some where in between an elliptical and a stair stepper. It works well for hit type training.

I had this cardio piece right when I stayed to build out my gym because my ceiling were too low to have a Versa Climber. This s far from the cardio challenge of a Versa. I did use it daily, as well as our Peleton, but as my budget expanded and space use expanded I replaced it with several other pieces (Echo Fan Bike, Concept 2 ski erg, Concept 2 Rowerg, Revyll Endless Rope, Technogym SkillMill)
This is a very marginal piece and I would suggest you pass it over. It’s not very challenging.

I have the M7. This machine doesn't take up a ton of space and is easy to move around due to its light weight. The build quality is pretty good for what you're getting and my wife (moreso than me) enjoys it for quick HIIT workouts. We've had it for going on ten years I believe and it still works with little to no maintenance. It's a combination of stair climber and elliptical in one in my incorrect opinion. While we've used it and enjoyed it, I'm not sure I would purchase it again for our gym if we needed to replace it.

We have the M6 (?, whichever one doesn’t have the touchscreen). Small footprint and has little wheels on the frame to help move it around. Great for low impact and HIIT style cardio. Ours still works well after a lot of use and minimal maintenance. A family member has the touchscreen model and it’s very glitchy even to use manually.
