Calibrated Weight Plates (LB)

Just buy Xmaster. Xmaster makes these for Kensui and then kensui just marks them up and sells them for more.

Everyone needs at least one set of chrome plates, right? These Kensui calibrated plates are a great choice. I really love how thin they are. I tend to grab them whenever I need to add small incremental weights to my current setup — they’re always convenient and quick to use. The color band around the outside looks very nice and adds a clean touch. I did run into a small shipping issue — one plate was missing a color band. Kensui took care of it right away and offered to ship a replacement without any hassle. If you’re overly picky about fingerprints showing up on the chrome, you might want to skip these since they do show prints easily. For me, I actually use my weights instead of admiring my reflection in them, so it’s not a big deal. Overall, these are solid calibrated plates that look good and work well for fine-tuning loads.

These are nice chrome plates. However I feel like most would be better served going through XMaster, who I believe produces these. They offer a better price, both KG and Lbs whereas Kensui only sells lbs, and doesn’t offer 55lbs variants.

They're beautiful plates, Inhave their chrome calibrated dumbells so naturally I want these so they match, however they dont have 55lb/25kg plates, or a full set available for sale. They're also definitely a luxury purchase as they're quite expensive
