THIS 40LBS WEIGHT VEST IS A BRUTAL ADDITION IN A GREAT WAY JUST THE QUALITY BUILD IF YOU'RE A THICKER GUY IS NOT UP TO PAR BUT STILL DOES THE JOB... WOULD I RECOMMEND TO BUY IT IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET SURE GO AHEAD COMES WITH EVERYTHING INDIVIDUAL WEIGHTS THAT SLIDE INTO ITS POCKETS... SO NOT TOO BAD
