Good simple handles that are great for beginners and will never break. They'll squeak and drive you nuts without headphones which is the only downside

These D-handles are two of the oldest equipment in my gym and they've taken a lot of abuse over the years. They are still holding up great. My only complaint is that the knurling is a bit too passive. Also, some (though not I) might find the squeak of the rotating handles to be annoying, and even a deal breaker.

Standard/go to attachment and cable accessory. This has been used for cable exercises in a personal gym for over 15 years with no issues or maintenance needed.
