This is well made and works as advertised. I'm very happen with this one. I've owned it for going on 3years and it still works like day one. It adds around 60 lbs to my bench press.

ITS NOT THE OG SBD BY MARK SMELLY BUT IT DOES WORK HAD THE OG BEFORE BUT WAS STOLEN AT A COMMERCIAL GYM SO I USE THIS ONE ON HEAVY DAYS OR JUST TO F-AROUND GOOD PRICE EVERYTHING IN CANADA COSTS AN ARM AND A LEG SO IT IS HARD TO JUSTIFY BUYING USA STUFF SORRY MY FELLOW AMERICAN FRIENDS HAHAHAHA!
