Nice for holding a bar in place. They are 3D printed, but that has not been a problem and they are thick enough that I do not foresee an issue. With the bar held in place you can do isometrics, use it to hold legs in place, and lift sandbags up and over it. These are useful especially at a reasonable price.

They are compatible with both 1” and 5/8” racks. The part that holds the bar is 3D printed plastic but I have used it almost daily for months now with no sign of any wear. I use it as a lap pad for lat pull-downs, a leg roller for Nordic curls, a bar for sandbag loads, and I’m sure I’ll find new ways to use it in the future.
