I am a retired Teacher and Coach and currently a City Councilman here in New Castle, Indiana. I coached High School Wrestling for forty years and had good success. I have been involved in weight training since I was 13 years old (56 years ago as of now). My first exposure to iron was when I would visit my uncles house and look at his "Muscle" magazines. I started out with a Ted Williams Barbell set (Sears) and my bench as a board laying on a couple of bricks and I used two folding chairs as the standards to hold the bar. The next year I got an adjustable bench from Sears. It was rickety when you put much weight on it. Not long after that I was able to start working out in the High School Weightroom which would have been a major liability problem in today's world. Lifting took off with me and I trained to become a better wrestler, football player, and thrower. During my Junior year we got a York Olympic Set and a Universal machine. Those did make things better. That year I was able to Bench Press 200 pounds for 10 repetitions, Squat 300lbs for 5 reps and Deadlift 350lbs. When I got to college I was in Heaven at the Rec Center. There was almost no piece of equipment there that was not better than what we had at my High School. I have been training and studying training ever since.

This is a nice unit and it works well. It is especially good for shoulder and bicep work as well a functional exercises. Ballistic work is also good because you can move much faster than with a weight stack. I cannot yet comment on durability, but the company gives great customer service and support. Some people knock these because they only go to 65 pounds when fully loaded, but when you know it going in you cannot complain. I like ANCORE!

Nice for holding a bar in place. They are 3D printed, but that has not been a problem and they are thick enough that I do not foresee an issue. With the bar held in place you can do isometrics, use it to hold legs in place, and lift sandbags up and over it. These are useful especially at a reasonable price.

These are well built and fit my rack perfectly. I use them mainly for isometrics and they work well.

Really great piece. It makes using the ANCORE so much easier. Fit my rack well and looks awesome. The same high quality I always expect from Darko.

Custom colors to match your gym. I use it to link cable towers together as well as implanting it with landline rows. I have also used it, with handles, for low rows.
