Nice addition for grip alteration that is different than non-conic Fat Gripz as well as the N-Gage grips. These mimic the Kaz handles and provides a tapering fat grip for a bar or dumbell. You can attach this to a tricep rope as well. Inexpensive addition to “change things up” from your standard 29mm barbells.
