As far as ankle/wrist straps go, those are well made! I used to use them all the time to do leg curl and extensions before I got a machine. They are comfortable and well made. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy ankle cuffs.

Durable and comfortable as wrist and ankle attachments for cable use. I have eight of these but do not utilize them with my functional trainer. I actually use these as storage attachment points hanging on the upper central support tubing of my functional trainer. I am able to clip on many cable attachment pieces to keep them up out of the way and keep them organized and able to be quickly accessed.
