The curl arm can be used for many biceps curl variations, triceps variations, pullovers and more. The curl arm also has triple eye-loops to accept attachments such as single handles, rope, triceps strap, and more. These attachments allow seated back rows, upright rows, different biceps/triceps variations, and many, many more! This attachment is made to be used with the ISOLATOR.
