This was the first piece I bought for my home gym back in 2010. It was at a yard sale for $25. It is a great width for my shoulders to get mobility. It is light and easy to move around. I prefer it to my Rogue Utility Bench.

Pad is thin and slick, but very easy to move around. Used them a ton at commercial gyms over the years and never had an issue.

Hated this bench when I got it till I realized it was the only bench I had that wasn't 150lb or more .... Became the easy to move bench and use it a ton for random accessories

Ysed at ATP gym a ton. Its nice and sturdy, and easy to move around, but the pad is pretty slick and firm. Depending on what youre using it for that can be good or bad
