Cheap no frills option that gets the job done. Slightly better than using a change plate.

I don’t have enough room for a deadlift jack in my garage, and so this fits the bill perfectly. Only cost £10 when I bought it, so could hardly go wrong. Clearly is more work than using a jack, but not anything too terrible.

This was a good way to unload and load plates during deadlifts until I got a deadlift jack.
