These plates have a deep lip making them easy to lift and transport around the gym, they have held up well despite their age. If you find these used it’s hard to beat.

Picked these up for next to nothing, and they’re one of my favorite sets of 45s. The hubs are decently sized, outer lip is easy to grip. These are definitely worth it for $1 / lb

If you can get these plates for $1/lb or cheaper they’re a good deal. I got mine covered in rust for .50 and cleaned up nicely with a vinegar bath and some elbow grease. Got rid of them and bought more of my precious unbranded Ivanko plates.
