These are excellent for all sorts of movements. You can work flexibility and warm-up or you can work on strength or muscular endurance.. The placement of your feet and angles if your make this a variable resistance dynamo. The handles are super comfortable and the straps are very strong. If you can do it with a TRX you can do it with these. Very good value.
