E-Maxx Bar
Designed around the principle of Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE), the handmade E-Maxx Bar (a.k.a. “The SuperQuake”) has the same lightweight, wood/composite resin construction as BandBell’s popular Bamboo Bar™ and Earthquake Bar barbells. The difference is a greater overall length (86.5″ vs 80″) for more band loading capacity, which allows for heavier lifts and maximum kinetic energy.

I had heard about Bandbell for years and it seems like they wax and wane in popularity on social media. I think this is a great pre-hab tool and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stabilize their shoulder before an injury. It is expensive for what it is, but I have used it for 2 years every other bench session and feel like it has made a difference. I bought the bands that came with it plus some Rogue short bands and have loaded it up to 80 pounds for bench sessions.

This bar is quite unique if you have not trained with it it will take you a while to get used to it but it’s amazing at training all your stabilizer muscles and it’s a funny watching new people use this bar and their reaction to it

This bar is a great addition to pressing movements. It's also fun to have around and have a good laugh watching people figure out how to use the bar. I'm always encouraging proper form, but people don't allow themselves to believe how much less weight it takes.
