Echo Rings

Build quality and performance are there but it’s also a simple peice of equipment too. So it should be those things. It’s Rogue though so you’re paying premium. Unless on sale I would buy a cheaper option if I was doing it again

I only own the rings but I threaded them over my straight pull-up bar for some variety. Hanging to stretch, hanging for ab work, or just performing pull-ups, these things are comfortable and durable.

I ended up getting these because they were part of the get 3 free shipping and I wanted a way to do dips. So I decided on ring dips. I went with these due to price and function. I feel like these do a great job for what I use them for. I don’t use them often, but I use them for dips, and use them almost like TRX straps. I can lower the straps to do “cheater dips”, or even ring pushups. I wish the straps had numbers to make sure they were even, but most the time it’s close enough just by eyeballing it. I don’t know how these would hold up to vigorous CrossFit ring workouts, but for what I use them for the are a great addition.

Love mine and their install. I mounted mine to a ceiling joist and have a magnet that attaches to the ceiling brackets that the rings are held in place with. This keeps them out of the way when not in use, and a quick tug to release them from the magnet and they are ready to use. I use the Rogue competition straps since they are short and have no excess straps hanging or bunched up, thereby looking cleaner, but still easy to set at proper heights between floor pushups, dips and strict muscle ups. These style metal rings I think were one of the first pieces that Rogue came out with? They are durable, have a nice slightly textured powder coat that takes chalk well, the straps are great too.
